OPENING HOURS
The box office is opened from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) from 10 am to 6 pm and 1 hour before each performance on the site of the show.

TICKETS DELIVERY
The tickets must be taken, with a valid identity card or passport, with a proof if you have a discount on the tariff and with the confirmation of the reservation taken on line:
- At the Ticket Office of the Palais des Festivals during the opening hours.
- One hour in advance on the site and before the beginning of the show.
The tickets are not taken back, not reimbursed, not changed and not resold.
Palais des Festivals car park offers a special pass for visitors attending shows in Palais des Festivals and Théâtre Croisette.
While you purchase your tickets at the Palais des Festivals ticket office or on the premises on the show day, please remember to ask for your car park pass at 5€,50 for 5 parking hours.
